Donnie Burke - Lead Pastor


For more than 28 years, Pastor Donnie has held leadership positions across all areas of church ministry, including 10 years of church planting experience. He holds a masters degree in religion and pastoral theology.

Mark Walker - Pastor of Church Life


Mark earned his bachelor's of science degree in Christian Education from Welch College in 1989. He served in churches across the south east, and after serving our church as youth minister from 1998-2009 and music minister from 2009-2020, he is currently our Pastor of Church Life.

Ryan Williams - Worship Pastor


Ryan grew up at First Free Will and is the product of a loving church. He studied Music and Worship at Lee University from 2016-2020 and now holds a bachelor's degree in music. 

ELYSE LOUDENBARGER - CHILDREN'S PASTOR


Since mid-2018, Elyse has served as our Interim Children's Pastor. She and her husband have two young boys, and she has a passion for helping kids connect with Christ through excellent children's ministry. Elyse holds a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and has 10 years of teaching experience in local elementary schools.

STEPHEN SWAILS - YOUTH PASTOR



Stephen has served as our interim student pastor since mid 2018 and has a huge heart for ministry. He is currently working on his undergraduate studies.

Tisha Glover - Administrative Assistant


Tisha grew up here at First Free Will Baptist Church, and has been an assistant at the church since 1984.

Carolyn Griner - Office receptionist / secretary


Carolyn has been at First Free Will Baptist Church since 1978.  She is a dedicated servant, a “people person,” and sees her position at the church as a ministry.  

Sherry Mcleod - Financial Secretary


Sherry has served our church for years with diligent and never ending work . She faithfully administrates the financial information of our church. 

Venescia Knight - Treasurer


Venescia has been a faithful member of First Free Will for many years. Her financial training and experience serve her well in this important role for our church.
